Adjustable straight mute. Available in “tuxedo” (black and white) or “stealth” (black).

Sound board options include: Oak, Cherry, African Black Limba, and Bolivian Rosewood.

Oak

Ideal for players using Geyer wrap horns or other smaller-throated designs. The Oak has a firm, responsive quality that helps open up the overtone series, enhancing resonance, projection, and in all ranges as well as dynamics—especially in horns that tend to play tight or centered. It gives these instruments a more expansive, vibrant sound without losing clarity.

Cherry

Best suited for Kruspe wrap horns and other medium-to-large bore instruments. The Cherry board provides a slightly softer, warmer tonal response that blends beautifully with naturally open horns. It adds cohesion and warmth while still preserving articulation and power across the full register of the instrument also providing clarity of articulation through all dynamics.

African Black Limba

Described by players as the best of both worlds between Oak and Cherry, Limba provides warmth and resonance while keeping projection crisp and direct. On smaller-throated instruments, it helps round out the tone; on larger horns, it provides balance without losing character. A versatile all-rounder.

Bolivian Rosewood

Dense and focused, Bolivian Rosewood gives the mute a highly resonant and direct tone. It offers strong projection, enhanced articulation, and a darker color. Especially suited for players wanting power and punch without sacrificing nuance. A great option for symphonic and recording work.
